Another tooth!
I'm pretty sure the recent sleep woes have to do with teething ... because this morning, as I was getting Jack into his clothes, I heard a little "click" as Jack closed his mouth. I looked at his gums but could only see the bottom tooth that's been out for a while. I felt along his top gum line, and lo and behold, his right center front tooth has erupted! Can't see it yet, but you can feel its ridgey top, and there's enough of it to clack against the bottom tooth.
So cute! I love hearing his teeth click against each other. It makes me laugh!
Incidentally, last night Jack slept much better. We went to dinner at Paradise Cove in Malibu with our friends Donna and Scott to celebrate their daughter Madison's 9th birthday. Jack was too excited to sleep until dessert (he usually sleeps through dinner, but he loves Donna, so he woke up the moment we arrived and he heard her voice), but after that he slept until 6:30 a.m. this morning. That's even half an hour past his usual rising. Hooray! Maybe he feels better now that his tooth is out.

awww another tooth! how cute!
how was the second bar class?
glad it's popping through! teething is rough business....
@Redapple333 - Yue, the second one was awesome! I was going to write about it but didn't want to bore everyone.
I was still shaking and trembling, but my thighs and my arms already feel stronger (but not bulky) and more defined. I have to ask if I am doing the ab work right, though. I don't feel pain there like I feel everywhere else. It could also be that the c-section has made my abs more numb -- I can't feel as much in my tummy area anymore. I can feel muscle when I poke there, but the area I'm poking doesn't register that I'm poking it. Make sense?
haha, makes u laugh? hahahaha, u are a funny mommy! yeah, teething is such a horrible time... kids are soo fussy!
I love baby teeth!
You'll have to post a picture or two once they're visibly through! That's very exciting, go Jack!
Awww...it probably was the tooth. Hannah had a tough time sleeping through the night while she was teething. Hyland's teething tablets and infant Tylenol!!! We didn't use the Tylenol too often because the teething tablets worked great, but sometimes we'd use it at night just to give her some extra pain relief. Any time Hannah would be unusually fussy and wasn't sleeping well we would just assume it was teething and start giving her the tablets and sure enough, within days we would see the tooth peeking out. Glad he slept well for you last night!!!
Another milestone! I documented the first 12 tooth of Tristan's... Jack has 10 more to go for you to track!
As for sleep, I don't feel sorry for you since Tristan still doesn't sleep thru the night!
Aww hopefully you both will be able to rest easy until he starts on the next one! I'm glad someone asked about the second bar class, I was wondering too! I need to stop exercising vicariously and do some Yoga Booty Ballet- I really enjoy it but I have gotten out of the habit lately.
Oy, I hope that solves the sleeping woes. Sorry I haven't been commenting much lately but I've been reading! So much so that I want to say: the Bar Method sounds crazy, it's so sad that Jack has separation anxiety, and I can't believe that after a full day of mothering, working, and being a wife you go running in the evening. You sound like superwoman. Or the bionic woman. Or something more than human. Ya, that's it.
Aw, baby Jack is growing up so fast! Thats so cute he got another tooth. That might be partly why he was having trouble sleeping, poor guy. Hopefully he will back to his normal sleeping routine!
)
Ohhh teeth. Gracie did really great while teething and I hope Rylan does the same. Glad Jack slept better last night

Kyle is only 3 months and counting but I have too admit that I am not looking forward to the teething stage! Good Luck! : )
