  • Baby Boy O'Neal: Latest Sonogram Images!

    Wow, thank you, everyone, for all your congratulations, your comments, your emails and your voicemails! Johnny and I truly appreciate them all.  Here are the sonogram pics from today. They are, as usual, grainy, but we love them anyway!

    The baby's face! It looks ghoulish, but you can see the eye sockets on either side below the big bulb of a head, and the jawline below that.

    And, the family jewels! They're circled in yellow -- this shot was taken from underneath the butt, so you can see the two legs to either side, and the critical parts between

    I'm sure that one day, our son will be so thrilled to come upon this post. Hee hee.

    And yes, we have been tossing names around, but we're going to keep them a surprise to the general public until our son (hee hee!) is born.

  • Ok this is how nerdy I am ... i just started wondering how long you and i have actually "known" each other so that meant tracking back to previous blogs to find the 1st of our comments....i finally found that i left you a comment on february 20, 2005 and then you left me one shortly after....so as of this past feb. 20, we've known each other for 2 years! i can't believe it!  anyway, just a little fyi.

  • I am so happy for you two!  Boys are so much fun.  I have a nephew and a niece who are 16 months and under.  My nephew lives with me and I've been like a second mommy to him.  They are PRECIOUS!

    You both will be awesome parents and you will raise a completely fabulous child!

  • Congrats, again There are so many entries I missed, I don't know what to comment on first! The pictures from your trip are great and I'm glad you all had a good time. I love the ones of your family sledding I don't think I would have attempted snow-shoeing while pregnant...you're brave! I noticed there was a big container of tomatoes in the fridge Were they all for you? LOL!

    I have a Carter's outlet about 10 min. from me - it's dangerous!!! Everything is pretty reasonable and it seems like they're always having a sale, but that just means I end up buying more stuff. Between my mom and I, I'm sure we're keeping them in business

    Jody's comment on how long you two have "known" each other makes me wonder...I haven't been on the Shiba forum in soooooo long, but I'll have to see if I can figure it out. I remember telling Shaun that your Shiba's name is Atari because I knew he'd appreciate that

    Your trip looked so much fun!  The pics of your mom sledding cracked me up!

    I am soooo excited you are having a boy!  I want a boy this time so rub some of that boyness off on me!  My cousing found out Monday that she is having a boy.  Her sister is also pregnant ans she finds out the 5th.  She wants a boy as well, she already has a girl!

    The sono pics were really good.  You can see his "privates" really well.  I am sure he will appreciate you posting this one day...ha!

  • RYC: Beverly, thank you! Your comment about my grandma made me feel all warm inside:)  And thanks for the recommendations--I'll definitely check it out!  Did you guys do anything like go see the volcanos or go snorkeling/scuba diving? I really want to do that!

    btw, has your appetite/food preferences/energy level changed much since you got pregnant? I'm just curious.  Minus the belly, you still look fit everywhere else...and I'm sure the belly'll shrink back very fast after the baby.  I know you had mentioned about not being able to really work out and was bummed about it.  I can understand!  Whenever I can't work out for a few days, I get antsy, so months of it would drive me nuts!   But I will pray for you that you get back into your original shape in celebrity timeline--haha.

    My grandma was always very active and thin and she had 5 babies and was still only 82 pounds (she was short too--4"10, hehe) she was so cute--a little mini sweet grandma!
